...Well, a number of things, actually...
But, hey, why not start it all off with a personal medical update, shall we...
So, the last time I mentioned my medical condition was within the 17 April 2026 addendum of the 'Some Hospital Updates' blog offering...
Twas related to the CT scan that I had at Trafford General Hospital...
Anyway, for outpatients with ongoing medical conditions, a 'team' is assigned to them...
...And in my particular case, such a 'team' is headed by Mr Gunendran…
So, sometime after such a CT scan, I was invited to a consultation...
...With such a consultation consisting of myself, a Macmillan nurse, and, of course, Mr Gunendran, who is a very warm and approachable Indian gentleman...
I had already made my mind up, with regard to how I wished to proceed within such a bodily illness, and was thinking that I may have to assert myself within such a respect, in order that my wishes be accepted/followed...
...However, upon meeting him, once again, under such circumstances, I realised what a rather wonderful and Spiritual person he was, so was hopeful that he would fully understand my wishes upon me explaining them to him...
...And so it was...
So said consultation started with Mr Gunendran and myself seated closely, facing each other, whilst the Macmillan nurse simply observed the proceedings whilst sat on a chair positioned further away, against the wall to the right of me...
Mr Gunendran then explained the results of said CT scan - explaining that the cancer in my prostate gland had spread/metastasized to other areas of my body - including my bones...
...And then went into detail regarding the possible consequences, as it gradually took hold and spread further...
I actually asked to see such recorded scan results on 'his' computer - which he readily acceded to - something that I found to be rather interesting (especially so, as he magnified (looked in much greater depth) said recorded/digitised results...
So, after already telling him that I simply wished nature to take its course, earlier on, I then said that it was really a bit of a lottery how and where said metastasized cancer would spread to and do most damage - something that he agreed with - with me then further telling him that I still wished nature to take its course...
...I had also explained to him my Spiritual understandings - something that he seemed to warmly embrace - and that brought such a consultation with Mr Gunendran to its close...
...Resulting in us shaking hands warmly, and myself and the Macmillan nurse walking into a different small room to discuss various related matters between the two of us...
She actually told me that I was different than she had suspected - with me responding by telling her that I could understand her saying such a thing, as I tend to communicate in typing in a somewhat direct and efficient way that perhaps could most readily give the impression of a rather cold person - anyway we both shook hands (hers were cold, even though her heart was warm lolz) before I started upon my return home...
So, anyway, I can't readily remember the date of such a consultation, but it got me thinking (a Leonard Cohen (Lenny to me, of course) musical reference, btw) lolz…
Summer was fast approaching, after all, and hey, thought I, it may well turn out to be my last summer incarnate on planet Earth, so why not enjoy it to its fullest...
And so, hence my rather extended summer break...
Perfectly reasonable yeah...
So what form did such a summer break take, you may ask...
Well, the legal vapes were nice - as was the cannabis I happened to find (honest guv) - as were the various alcoholic beverages, also, of course...
...Not that I over-imbibed, of course - for I wished for an enjoyable, fully compost mantis summer experience after all - so I simply paced myself, dahlings, by simply and rather judiciously imbibing whenever the fancy took me basically...
...Something that could be seen as mere further experiential investigation, one supposes...
...Leading to the question of what arose from such a further experiential investigation (investigation part 2, perhaps, eh) …
...With my rather truthful answer being that I wouldn't recommend such legal vapes really, as comparatively extended usage resulted in me experiencing stomach sickness for several mornings after stopping, once again...
Anyway, eventually I got the Call from 'Them Upstairs', saying that my services would be shortly needed once again...
So, stop all forms of imbibing I did - resulting in my brain getting back to fully Functioning order - after about a week or two, I guess...
So that's about it really...
...Other than to mention the still non-updating of the 'Bits n Bobs' part of this 'ere website of O/ours...
It simply stopped allowing me to update things...
...Something that I discussed with the Site123 help people/AI(???) of course - but they wished me to produce a video of it all for them - and I simply haven't gotten around to it yet, as I felt rather disinclined to do so...
So, anyway, that is all I wish to say, at this present moment in time - so tis adieu from me, and adieu from 'Them', in such a respect, my very precious/special dahlings :-) :-) :-) …
