The Reflective Theme...

On the continuing theme of reflecting - the tuneless title of this particular song came to mind, whilst still in bed, after having thought about George's Saturday/yesterday offered one - back inth day, tis one that I very much liked the, then, somewhat comforting, and very much appealing energies of (and one that I had completely forgotten about, in actual fact) …

I now find myself to be a much more upbeat type of person, generally - so find myself to be released from such burdens - although not completely, of course...

However, true and honest reflection is indeed important, and can indeed bring a certain sadness/regretfulness into each of our individual minds - as well as, hopefully, a certain degree of happiness, also, of course - for no life is completely absent of certain uplifting moments of happiness, after all, surely...

Reflections Of My Life ~ Marmalade...

...Having done much reflection, over a fairly wide span of time (sometimes repeatedly, of course), i, personally, feel somewhat/mainly unburdened from such sadness - and so am very much welcoming my current life/incarnation drawing forever closer to its inevitable conclusion - and I think acceptance of the possible consequences of my more unskilful moments/actions, very much helps within such a respect...

...As does, not setting the bar of Expectation too/unrealistically high, of course...

...For, if you do so, you are much more lightly to be Disappointed - whereas, if you don't do so (set the bar of Expectation too high), you are more likely to be Pleased / less Disappointed, are you not - or, indeed, perhaps somewhat Relieved, eh (well, in theory, at least, perhaps :-) :-) :-) ) …
